Preventative Monthly Maintenance Plan

My Preventative Maintenance Plan is designed to keep your home or short-term rental running smoothly by handling the small issues before they turn into expensive problems. Many major repairs start as minor wear and tear, and regular attention helps prevent surprise breakdowns, guest complaints and emergency service calls.

With monthly visits, I perform a full-maintenance check of your home with an additional 30 minutes of professional handyman services to fix found issues. This includes appliance checks, checking for leaks, fixing loose doors or cabinets, replacing filters, unclogging drains, testing safety devices and addressing quick fixes that often get overlooked between visits or guest turnovers.

At $125/month, Designed to save homeowners between $500-$2000 a year, avoid emergency fees, protect your investment and keeping your property guest-ready at all times.
